Weekly schedule updates from RainFire Builders include: summary of phases completed or advanced in the prior week; phases planned for the coming week with the responsible trade; any schedule deviations from the prior week’s plan and the reason (weather, material delay, change order, inspection hold); the current projected completion date versus the original projected completion date; any upcoming client decisions or material selections required to maintain the current schedule; and any pending long-lead order status updates. The update is provided in writing — not as a verbal summary on a phone call — so there is a record of what was communicated and when. If the projected completion date changes, the client hears about it in the weekly update, not by visiting the site and doing the math themselves.
